I was not aware there were so many landings.  I thought there were just two. This points out that they were losing public attention. They may have just performed all of the tests and experiments they had to do, or, could justify.

well .....................lets balance this spacecraft from 21,000 miles per hour and land it upright as to hardly break an egg.

wow, we are so good, just mount the landing gear hard to the frame with no shocks or struts !

Okay, I'm cracking up now!  Sticherman, are you instigating (sp?) Lex?  This is something my entire family does to each other all the time and it is so funny!
When we used to go to chinese restaurants as kids, my brother and sister would tell me the sweet n sour chicken was really a cat and they'd meow until I'd cry.  My brother made a fake tobacco worm ,(he used to pick tobacco in Connecticut), and put it in my bed.

I am giving you a + for your perserverance , Sticherman! ;D

thats right.
around the country over the years they have cought chinese restraunts with skinned cats in there dumpsters.

here is a good one....................... six minutes of apollo 15.

oooohhhh................... and to add to the drama ..............just enough fuel,  they almost ran out !!!

what a great balancing act.

note the hard attachments to the mainframe on the landing posts.
