The van to Millford arrives in Keene at 9am.
Stopping at Sam A Robrin's place,
and at Ian's place,
and Dalebert's place.
It will be a full load.

jims is white with red lettering .... hop inside ... you might be the next one arrested

Dale ... can you wear the bowler hat and take it off in court out of respect for the victims?

FTL_Ian

The court just called to say that the judge will not allow cameras.  I said I'd be showing up with one anyway and asked if they plan to deny me my right to freedom of the press.  She didn't want to answer.  Call attached.

All video cameras have been illegally barred from the courtroom. Get Dave Ridley's Live reports:

Another case of technology outwitting judges: who has a DSLR "still" camera and lots of storage?  ;)

Jitgos

No porc411 or ridley videos for hours. They must really be dragging this thing out... or I've missed the news. Anyway instead of having to search like Dave talked about on the 411 you can go directly to Dave's qik channel @ http://qik.com/ridleyreport . Gotta love technology!

Wow, no one's posted what happened?  Both were found guilty and sentenced to 1 day in jail, no fines.  The one day was already 'time served' for their half day imprisonment.

The Milford prosecutor REALLY wanted to stay away from the slamming Charlie into the wall thing.  He didn't even call that cop as a witness, and started objecting when Charlie brought it up.

Jitgos

Thanks for the update Kat. That's about as good of an outcome as could be expected I guess. I'm sure Ian will talk about it tonight, but he said on one of Dave's videos that he was contemplating calling the cops to file charges against the court for not allowing cameras. That would make for an interesting story.

We put 11 people in the van and successfully traveled from Keene to Milford and back.   :)

The President said he had a great time.   ;D

Thanks Kat.
Still in MI.  Watched all the Ridleyos but didn't see the outcome.
What on earth did they find him "guilty" of?  Wearing a hat?  I really wish he'd have his freedoms back and that cop who beat him up lost his.  Sorry, I just do.  Poor guy.  Poor everyone.  I'm really pissed by this.  No, I don't look at it as a good outcome.  A LOT more could have been done by the ones claiming to be "public servants"...  bastards.

Only if you're not a wacko freestater.
