Firecracker Joe and Rocco imprisoned

Firecracker Joe took a plea deal for 33 months.  Sentencing on 10/28.

Charges are being brought against him on 21st in Merrimack Superior Ct.  This is from a suspended sentence that they want to un-suspend.

He says hi to Solar Power Bob, and thanks to Keith and Stuff for the letter and jokes.

What's the latest on this?  Mail to Jail is reporting that he faces 15 years to life!  I've received a couple snail mails from him in response to my mail to jail letters I sent him but nothing substantial to report.
