I haven't read through this whole thread, so apologies if this has already been discussed.  Will it help to have as many people there as possible? Have you invited the press, or is someone going to be there with a video camera?  I could be there if it would help, but it would make me late to work.

Kat regarding Jon's last posting was the area posted or cordoned off?  This case should be directly cited if the area was not posted or cordoned off before you were arrested.   If it was cordoned off after you were arrested large enough pictures of your arrest would show the judge that the area may not have been cordoned off at the time of your arrest.  Cathleen was there with your Daughter.  If it wasn't cordoned off--- her testimony or affidavit should be proof that area was not properly posted/cordoned at the time of your arrest.  What they did afterword, is probably the type of pictures that prosecution would present.

No.  As I've said before, there were lots of people milling about, waiting for the bus, etc.  It was never cordoned off.

I've consulted with my learned counsel William Grant... after hearing the facts in the case he stated... "Standing on the sidewalk holding a sign??? They didn't do anything wrong."

Now maybe lawyers can make something wrong out of that, but the arguement won't stand-up to a 4 year old.
