Usually an open flame does wonders.

...depending on wind/rain. We had trouble lighting up JP's and it is hard to burn the whole thing while holding it.

Maybe we need to build a small fire and hold it with tongs above the flame for good viewing.

Could a couple of you guys show up and celebrate with us on Saturday? We could always use more protection. Police cars also really help draw in more onlookers.
Some of my friends might be wearing sidearms that day for self defense. I mention it so that you will not be surprised if you see a few people openly carrying. Some police departments in NH have forgotten that it is legal for anyone to have a pistol holstered on their hip, and they have had to apologize later for hassling innocent residents.

In regards to burn method, you should just burn the cards in a metal coffee can.  The poster, I have no idea, as I don't have experience with public burning yet!

We don't know the name of the peace officer who is corresponding with you.
You should probably only communicate via e-mail, keeps everybody honest.
He has not really been answering your inquiries. Maybe you should trade answers for answers. Keep reasking the questions.

I want to ask him about RSA 594:2

594:2 Questioning and Detaining Suspects. A peace officer may stop any person abroad whom he has reason to suspect is committing, has committed or is about to commit a crime, and may demand of him his name, address, business abroad and where he is going.

I want to know if a person being arrested is required to give more info than stated in RSA 594:2, and if so, what RSA covers that. Stuff like finger prints....
