Man, what a messed up system. Just because the police feel a need to "take charge" of a situation and feel they have to boss everybody around, the reasonable discussion that would have revealed the true facts, that Dave was in fact leaving, though filming at the same time, never occurred on the scene, and it had to come out in court at great expense to taxpayers.

Irrespective of whatever differences we all have (and I know there's no love lost between Dave and Terry) the bottom line is exposing the bullshit and fighting it.

Terry's flyers helped get me a recusal on the case where Dave was running video, so see regardless of whatever folks have to say about me I know and recognize the power of teamwork. Just proved it right there, Terry Dave and I all worked on the same thing and getting some decent results....

Sure as the sun rises here come the threats against me for uncovering Judge McCafferty's silent recusal. Another teamwork thing because Dave exposed the fact that the defense lawyers in my case were "evasive" when it came to their names.

Now the fun part is the jackass NH PD lawyer is threatening to raise actions about me being in contempt of court in Ohio when in point of fact he was found in contempt of court himself!
