Dear folks at the Telegraph:

As you reported in late May, Nashua cops arrested an indie journalist who was trying to videotape outside the vice president's speech.  That journalist was me.  Readers are invited to Google it and turn to the sources you trust for information on this incident.

If, upon learning more, you have concerns...if you disapprove of this or other practices by NPD, you are not powerless.  Drop by our third protest of this incident, if you like.  It will be
just south-east of the Nashua Police Department, 0 Panther Drive.  It will run from
3:30 - 5:30 p.m. Sunday July 10.  Details are on the calendar at NHFree.com.

These demonstrations and other peaceable actions against NPD's breach of the public trust...will continue and possibly expand until certain limited goals are met.  Early objectives achieved include apologies from a Nashua alderman and a state senator.

Whatever our differences are or whatever some of the Free Staters think of me I believe that we are in lockstep on the issue of Nashua PD, especially given the Mike Gannon beat down and what the police said to him, "You're an Internet Sensation...." when that sensation only deals with our respective cases and issues.

I put in an RSA 91-A Request for Mr. Gannon's porch tapes from his original beat down in 2006.....

Time is up.

Have you thought further about the illegally-confiscated 2006 videos from Mr. Gannon's home? I have. As you know, in addition to the signage, and the lack of reasonable expectation of privacy, at least some of these tapes were made after Mr. Gannon provided clear warning, and there is the issue of public interest as Detective Karliss actually was punished for his actions. What were those actions?

I hereby also tender an RSA 91A request to review the 1 July 2011 video shot by Mr. Gannon; I have his express permission to review that video as a journalist, under the supervision of Nashua PD. I'll be back in touch with you after five (5) days on that one as well.

Lastly, I will be looking into a complaint to Attorney Delaney's office for falsification of public records, tampering with public records, and false sworn and unsworn statements against the Nashua PD. I'm quite sure he will find a way to cover for your clients, just as Kelly failed to punish them when they violated Michael Paulhus' Miranda rights and posed at AAGs...... simply disgusting behavior. As a former LE Attorney to a current private LE Attorney you know I cannot allow you to help your clients keep on with this sort of abuse. I don't play that game, Sir.... it is a game the weakens the level of trust and respect for LE as noted by the bruised witness in today's KingCast video to the FBI.

Thanks Chris.  If you get a chance... could you apologize for me to the new people who showed up and were in the group next to the police department?  Am sorry for the fact I didn't get to communicate with them much as we were on the bridge 400 yards away. but I really appreciated them coming.  If you want to have them contact me via my email addie or phone number that's cool, or you can give me theirs if you want.  I can then let them know about the next event(s) that might be happening related to this in Nashua.
