Hi Joe!

That Texas case is John Joe Gray, and he's been barricaded at home to avoid arrest now for seven years, not five.  It's a state case, though, not federal.  ....

A few minutes ago I did also call the PUC @ about 4:15 p.m. and spoke with Cathy there in "The Consumer Affairs Division" from the Main Page, click on "About Us" gets you to http://www.oca.nh.gov/aboutus.htm with the hyper-link over to http://www.puc.nh.gov/Consumer/consumer.htm where she said that they will "provide you" the (OUT-going) customer (not me, but Ed, and only when he calls in from ANOTHER line!?) "with up-to-date information about YOUR utility service" (emphasis ADDed) like MAYBE for WHO wrongly (both unlawfully and illegally) dis-connected it, with the snipers at the ______ location (presumed to be the line FROM the pole #_______) so that I can know WHO I can file a criminal complaint against with the Sullivan County Attorney for Theft of Services, my restitution to be demanded as an (IN-coming) customer to my friends Ed & Elaine Brown.  The PUC repeats their mission statement of "to advocate for reasonable prices, safe and RELIABLE utility service" (emphasis ADDed.)  And that this service includes: "electric (and)...telephone" me telling her that I am not interested in electricity now, but maybe later when my e-mails are not replied to as before, so next/tomorrow to find out who the culprit there is too, of: The ____________ Electric Company at: _______________ Tel. 603: ____________ who REFUSES to repair after a complaint filed against these federal out-laws to NH RSA 123:1 and Art.I,Sec.8,Cl.17, U.S. Const.

<< I've been told by a roommate that the U.S. Marshals Service was at my home today.

They left a card which says Reuben L. Bugtong, Deputy U.S. Marshal Criminal Investigtor(notice "investigator" spelled incorrectly).

The card says they are out of Las Vegas and the telephone numbers on the card are (tel)702-388-6355 (fax)702-388-6937.

Also on the card is a handwritten phone number 702-303-1841 which I'm assuming is a cell number.

I'd have to say that something is either currently "going down" or is imminent.

Anyone in the vicinity of the Browns should make continuous reports to all their contacts.

Those who are able to go protest at the Browns should do so at your discretion.

This is the real deal folks, get the voice recorders and video cameras ready with plenty of fresh tapes and batteries.

Put all your contacts across the nation on alert and stay close to your networks for further developments and instructions.

Again, this is not a drill, this is a code red alert >>

I called the Granite State Electric Company of 407 Miracle Mile #1, Lebanon, N.H. @ 603: 443-4200 just a few minutes ago @ about 5:15 o'clock p.m. and the recording said to press 1 to report an outage, so I did press #1 and got another recording that: (1) for future calls, dial directly to 1-800-322-3223, and (2) that they are experiencing an overhead wire problem in the Hanover area that is expected to clear up by 6:00 p.m. tonight.  So maybe the shut-off of electricity over by (?) and at Ed's has nothing to do with this Federal Raid #3. - Joe
