I have been listening to news reports and they mostly say the attack was thwarted because a man walking a dog saw the feds before they attacked.

Heck with the surveillance camera. We just need to walk more dogs.  ;)

<<Overall activity's way up from what it was after the seizure last week. >>

what kind of activity do you mean?

I've never known you to be alarmist so I consider this warning a serious matter.

Dave Ridley

error if u could give me more info; something i can send out in a quasi-news release...that would be helpful

The feds aren't just doing their usual casual reading of the forum like they always do.

Last week the day before the raid, they started reading it from their laptops and their Verizon data cards. And they read this forum and some of Ed Brown supporters' Myspace profiles a lot more frequently. For instance they were loading up Reno's myspace profile every 10 or 15 minutes looking for updates. This was the day before and the day of the raid. The day after, they virtually disappeared.

Today they're doing it again, same pattern. They're watching really closely. And now they've switched over to the Verizon data cards, within the last minute or two, which means they're on the move. SOMETHING is imminent. Maybe another dry run, maybe a raid, I don't know.

The GSA manages most federal property, under Article I of the Constitution, to wit:

Quote
To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dockyards, and other needful buildings;

I have no idea what they're doing involved in procuring travel services for government bureaucrats.

... and Sullivan County Sheriff Michal Prozzo from Newport, County Seat for Plainfield, who supposedly got an informational packet from Jack McLamb, of "Aid & Abet" Newsletter, proving to him that he is the CHIEF LAW ENFORCEMENT Officer withIN the county UNDER which the State and Feds take their Orders from him.  I presume a part of the packet includes page #__ from the book: ANDERSON ON SHERIFFS that reads this, and which state copy is locked up in the basement of the N.H. Supreme Court Law Library in Concord.

1.) NO "ED BROWN FILE". I just called Michael's office and spoke with the woman receptionist there who said that he wasn't in now, nor expected to return for me this afternoon when I asked the time I might be able to see and talk with him, plus the facts that: (1) they have no "file" on Ed Brown, nor (2) are "involved" in the case.  My questions of: A.) YES or NO, of did he get the packet in the mail from Jack McLamb, who I've known about since the 1980s with his "Aid & Abet" Newsletter that goes to all Law Enforcement, as him a retired officer, AND B.) did he read it, and; (3) may I please read it too? was answered of to leave a voice mail that I did to the end, pressing star, to await his/ any reply.

2.) JACK McLAMB. The e-mail to me stating this McLamb connection was of last Thu., June 7th @ 3:21 PM from "Danny Mac" who got it from InfoWars and http://infowars.net/articles/june2007/070607Ed_Brown.htm to be exact.  Although it mentioned Grafton County by mistake, it does name "Sheriff Michael Prozzo" of Sullivan County with his telephone # 603: 863-4200, and I add now his website of http://www.sullivancountynh.gov/sheriff/index.htm of him physically at: 14 Main St., Newport.

3.) DEMONSTRATION. So if ever there needs to be a picketing with "swagger-sticks", it ought to be right there on MAIN STREET, in the COUNTY SEAT, with all the traffic that goes by there in that one-way circle through the center orf town. David Ridley: can you organize something for maybe tomorrow, if there's no raid for today? Thanks! Or maybe Wednesday, ...

4.) PUC MEETING. ...as I'd like to be at the P.U.C./ Public Utilities Committee meeting at the State House @ 2:00 p.m. tomorrow, Tue., June 12th to see IF the new Commissioner Getz would give this the fast-track, re: his "Consumer Advocate". See for the links here in the last paragraph of my Reply #264 on page 18 here, with my reply to "Thanks Defender...." about the unlawful and illegal shut-off of electricity to the Brown "compound."

Yours truly, -- Joe

Just as a point of warning: The shock troops are still in town. At least one of them is operating out of the Residence Inn, 32 Centerra Parkway, Lebanon, as of earlier today, and was there all week. Several of them are using their Verizon Wireless laptop data cards to keep track of this without appearing to come from a government IP address. I suspect something's about to go down, again.

Thanks error, ...

--To give the Residence Inn a courtesy call at 643-4511 later today, http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/lebri-residence-inn-hanover-lebanon/ to warn them that they might get stiffed http://www.thefreedictionary.com/stiffed or cheated out of the motel bill owed when their boss might not allow the bill! and the agent might refuse to cough up the dough! We, the People: their ultimate boss as the master over these public servants who have run amuk! ....

Update: I did call the motel, speaking with Heather at the desk (right before I called the Sheriff's Office), for when this morning I did ask "the government rate" for there.  She said: "What branch?"  I said: Federal. So said: when? I said: today. She asked: for how many nights? I said: one, She asked: one bedroom or suite?  I said: one bedroom, she said: $116.00, I then asked: as compared to the suite for what? She said the same price of: $116.00 with tax, but on second thought she said tax exempt. So with Jim Harte, the GSA Travel Manager on a "convenient" 10-day vacation, I decided not to warn her of deadbeat COPs as there is nobody at the federal level today to confirm this.  They have internet and can check here.

Now to call the Chamber of Commerce...

Yours truly, - - Joe

There aren't any obvious spooks hanging out on LastFreeVoice.com today, but I'm trying to improve our tracking abilities, so we'll see what's actually happening.

Hm, those are $179 a night at the corporate rate. We're getting stiffed!!

New Brown raid may be imminent, says govt. watchdog

From NHfree.com
June 11, 2007

Michael Hampton of HomelandStupidity.us says he believes another Federal raid or show of force is imminent in Plainfied, New Hampshire.   He also says Washington agents are now occupying a room at the Lebanon Residence Inn.

Hampton, a Manchester blogger who monitors Federal Internet usage, says the same patterns which preceded their June 7 show of force are recurring now.

"Last week the day before the raid, they started reading (Ed Brown Internet discussions) from their laptops and their Verizon data cards," he says.

"And they read...some of Ed Brown supporters' Myspace profiles a lot more frequently...Today they're doing it again, same pattern...And now they've switched over to the Verizon data cards, within the last minute or two, which means they're on the move. SOMETHING is imminent. Maybe another dry run, maybe a raid, I don't know."

He continues:

"At least one of them is operating out of the Residence Inn, 32 Centerra Parkway, Lebanon, as of earlier today,"

Heh, I'll be happy to talk to reporters, though I really don't know any more than is in the news release as you wrote it.

QuoteAs of 10 pm, Sunday, NH Public Radio was reporting that US armored vehicles were being moved into position near the home of Ed and Elaine Brown, who were found guilty of tax evasion earlier in the year.

We will update you when information becomes available.

I didn't even see that.

would be amusing to have a demonstrator or two show up at the residence inn.

Why do the Feds need to spend $100+ per night ($_____/ week, or maybe month at the group rate), when they can take over a whole house?* at only $_____.  That Texas case of: ___________ is costing them $________/yr. so far in trying to get that "fugitive" so-called they've been waiting to emerge from his property for the last five (5) years!!!!!  What was his original sentence, and WHY hasn't he put in a claim of: time served if now in over-time?

I was in court the day of sentencing for Ed April 24th, and the judge said to the custody of the Marshal. Remember Gary, of my emphasis on this? Right?  Look up this word "custody" in the dictionary.  By my The AMERICAN HERITAGE DICTIONARY OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE (c) 1973 @ page 175 it reads that of: "1. The ACT or right of guarding.  2. Any state of being KEPT or guarded, esp. imprisonment." From the Latin word: custodia. (emphasis ADDed, in that there does NOT need to be a guard or sentry at the end of his driveway.  Ed has said that he will remain hold up at his property until this "jurisdictional authority" is resolved, like WHEN the Feds cry "Uncle" Sam has YET to file the RSA 123:1 papers with Secretary of State Bill Gardner, per Art.I,Sec.8,Cl.17 U.S. Const. Heck! They don't even need a guard!  Ed is being "kept" there, that word from "keep" that does NOT merely refer to @ page 389 of: the verb: "8. To detain; confine" as in the noun of in 3."b. A jail" but includes "6. To remain, continue, or cause to continue in some condition or position". Ed is definately "remain"ing on his property, so what's the big deal with the Feds TRYing to get him from definition #6 to definition #8?, as in behind the eight ball as they say,  he is like Patrick McGoohan in that 1960s TV series of "The Prisoner" (1967-68, of 40 years ago now) where they used to say: "You are Number Six", and he'd bark back: I am not a number, I'm a free man! And then Number Two would laugh! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prisoner and http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0061287/  Might the Feds next send in one of those giant white balls to smother him?!  :fishing: You know, the one that usually went after him/Number Six when he tried to escape from off the island into the water. http://www.squidoo.com/theprisoner
