Speaking of which, now's a fine time for me to say hello to the U.S. Department of Justice. Hello, USDOJ. Are you enjoying this thread? I'm enjoying watching you read it.

Wow, you DOJ folks really suck at subtlety, don't you?

Well there "government", do you expect them to actually be good at doing something besides trampling human rights? Oh yeah murdering people..they seem to be good at that..  I guess that still applies under human rights.

I have to say it this whole ordeal has sealed the fact that I am moving to the free state, because there is power in numbers... and sooner than later.

Also this whole thing has also made a lot of the conflicting parties, like the 911 truthers, libertarians, and constitutionals etc. to all band together under one sound, the ring of freedom, and oppression by government.

All these groups believe if freedom from unjust government in some way and they have all banded together under this one cause.. not to mention all the publicity for the freestate... maybe some will find the the FSP because of it.

This along with Ron Paul's awsome message and growing popularity, the timing could not be better..

Not to mention freedom to fascism.. and other user created media.

The feds may or may not realize that no matter what the outcome of this there screwing themselfs...

1. They go in and take the browns.. probably dead as the browns stated many times that if there confronted they will fight fire with fire..  If this happens it will be another Waco securing the fact that the government is way out of control.. Because all they had to do it show the law.. and give a fair trial based on this law that has not been reveled, and this would all be over with.

2. they decide to stand down.. then they just said to the rest of America that if you fight, you will win, and more and more people will fight back. then the snowball has started.

There is a new revolution apon the world, the information age, where any one anywhere can publish and share information, There game is up, the lies are out of the bag, all they can do now is be terroristic and rule by force, thus securing the fact that there out of control. You wonder why in history most government control doesn't last more that a couple hundred years.. it's the don't cry wolf thing, Lies and cheating catches up with you eventually, apparently it takes about 200 years... probably less time now now with the speed of information flow and now that the "internets" even the playing field.

This all plays in to what Ron Paul is talking about when he says foreign policy has a recoil effect that comes back to get you after the fact.. Same goes for domestic policy. It's all cause and effect. the ying and the yang, the karma or whatever you want to call it.

So if they do nothing there screwed, if the go in there screwed..  All we have to do support the browns as best as we can and then let the government screw it up in the way they choose. The end result will be the same, the time line for this, is there choice.

Ever Play chess.. check mate. Your move!

Why aren't you this fervent about catching murderers and rapists?!?!?

Well, the marshals are this fervent about catching murderers and rapists; they just don't see nearly as many of them.

Actually, those are state crimes and are not in their jurisdiction:

Exactly. Very few murderers and rapists are federal fugitives.

Actually, USMS handles a surprising number of rapists and murderers. When those crimes occur across state lines, or when the perpetrators cross state lines to avoid apprehension, or when those crimes occur on military bases, national parks, national forest land, etc., they become federal crimes.

Every week I see several new cases of "interstate solicitation of a minor" or "interstate travel for the purpose of sexual abuse of a minor". Working at a low security facility, I don't see as many murder cases as I did when this was a medium (although we still have a few murderers). Still, before those individuals are delivered to federal prison, you can bet that the Marshals have been involved.

Oh duh, I just had a lightbulb moment.  I was at Shaw's when that detective "detained" me.  He thought I was going to buy groceries for the Browns and take them up there.  (I'm slow to catch on.)

error

Yeah, but most of the murderers and rapists are in state prison, not federal. (At least those who the incompetent cops have managed to blunder into catching, or who were even dumber than the cops.) Which is why I said what I said and how I said it. :)

In the meantime a copy of this is going over to: Major Susan Forey,, Field Operations, 33 Hazen Dr., Room 200, Concord, N.H. 03301 603: 271-3793 as my RSA Ch. 91-A Right to know [within five (5) business days] of WHO from the Marshal's Office contacted the State Police for assistance, because THEY did not give you the complete picture that includes this RSA 123:1 element, and that ought to result in an apology from the Marshal and HALT from further corruption in either: (1) this seizure* going to a forfeiture, and (2) any attempt at an arrest of Ed on the illegal bench warrant. What I'm looking for is a copy of that letter of request for assistance, +/or memo pads thereto related. ....

[/quote]

Past tense.  At exactly 3:42 p.m. yesterday afternoon I did give a copy of this print-out with the PHONE CALL Memo pad "TOPS FORM 4003" to the State Trooper there at the Room 200 desk that read: FOR Major Susan Forey DATE Fri. 8 June '07 Mr. Joe Haas OF P.O. Box 3842, Concord, N.H. 03302 PHONE: MOBILE cell 603: 848-6059 PHONED, PLEASE CALL, WILL CALL AGAIN, CAME TO SEE YOU (circled), WANTS TO SEE YOU (all check marked), with MESSAGE: Please let me get a copy of the request letter from U.S. Marshal or Treasury for your assistance in yesterday's field operations in Plainfield + Lebanon, NH.

Yours truly, - - Joe

P.S.

To find out WHO that officer ________was that fired the bullet past the dog walker _______ in a horizontal position toward the house. Compare RSA Ch. 207:47 For Disobeying Officer. http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/xviii/207/207-47.htm in that "Any person who shall refuse or neglect to stop* when signalled to stop by a conservation officer who is in uniform...shall be guilty of a misdemeanor." The fine for a Class A misdemeanor being: up to $2,000 by RSA Ch. 651:2,IV(a) see http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/LXII/651/651-2.htm  The point being that as of April __ the governor was put on personal notice by me at the G&C Meeting at the State House with the presentation of a copy of Bill Gardner's certificate of non-filing that the Feds have not filed the required paperwork as they "shall"** do by RSA Ch. 123:1 with the office of Secretary of State per Art. I, Sec. 8, Cl. 17 U.S. Const. and that he enforce all legislative mandates** by his Art. 41+ 51 powers, so in effect, putting a stop* to the Feds harassment of Ed Brown, and because of his failure and refusal to do so, this makes him personally "responsible", then like this non-stop action in the statute for out in the woods, the same ought to apply for in the city, in his non-stopping of this illegal activity in this state by the Feds, that he pay $2,000 per day for every day of non-performance of his job description.  My complaint against him to the Personnel Division of the Administrative Services on the 1st floor of the State House Annex, with me yet to get the 120-day letter by RSA Ch. 541-A:29,II on what they intend to do, if anything, to garnish his pay! that of John H. Lynch, Governor of Hopkinton. See http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/rsa/html/LV/541-A/541-A-29.htm

Yeah, but most of the murderers and rapists are in state prison, not federal.

No disagreement there. But in this highly mobile society, lots of state cases turn into federal cases. I'm not saying they should, but they do.

Heck, I've long advocated destroying my own job by returning to the Constitution. Not counting UCMJ cases, that would leave us with... oh, maybe a couple dozen federal prisoners, tops. Contract with the states for housing and incarceration on those few cases.

...John H. Lynch, Governor of Hopkinton....

Yeah! That's all he's good for: to govern that town.

I just looked up the word government in my The AMERICAN HERITAGE DICTIONARY, (c)1973 @ page 309 and it reads that of: "1. The administration of public policy in a political* unit." So does this mean that if you are NOT a registered member of ANY political* party with your town that they have no control over you? what is: policy? A written contract, is what some people say they do NOT have with the government. But see that other definition @ page 546 of: "1. A method or course of action adopted by a government, business organizations, etc., designed to influence and determine decisions." So if there be no "action" by the governor in "his failure**** and refusal to do so" as above, then he has adopted some method** for his decision of non-action.  So for method, see page 446 of: "1. A systematic means or manner*** of procedure. 2 Orderliness"(*).  From the Greek word methodos "a going after".

We've all heard that the JCC: Judicial Conduct Committee (Tony McManus, Clerk, of Dover) will not hear complaints against judges based on their decision (that BTW are really merely "opinions"), but for to hear of any complaints in their "manner"s*** as by the word behavior @ p. 429, that includes "1. A way of doing SOMEthing".  So when the governor does NOthing, does this exempt him from being judged on his mis-behavior? No! That is only definition #1,  See the word: behavior at page 65 of: "1. Deportment; demeanor. 2. Action, reaction, or function under specific circumstances."  Therefore with NO action taken by him, then it's a "function": page 290 of: the noun: "1....proper action...." again no action, and so "2a. Assigned duty or activity. b. Specific occupation or role." and the verb: of "to perform".  So I rate the governors non-performance of duty in his executive occupation with an F for flunk!**** and back to the orderly(*) word @ page 500 for "Peaceful", the word peace @ page 522 defined as: "2. An agreement(**) to end hostilities. 3. Freedom from quarrels and disagreement." The word quarrel @ page 576 defined as for the noun: "1. An angry(***) dispute or argument." and for the verb: of "2. To find fault." Page 260 for fault being: "1. A failing****, defect, or impairment...3. Responsibility for something wrong." From the Latin word fallere of to fail****, deceive. Deceive @ page 187 of to mislead @ page 452 of: "1. To lead in the wrong direction."

(**) The Federal government asking Ed to turn himself in, as to end the hostilities, but what hostilities, or page 343 to page 240 of: enmity? The word enmity defined as "Deep-seated hatred", and hate @ page 327 of: "1. To loath; detest." And so detest @ page 197 of from the Latin word: detestari of to curse!

So, as it says in the Bible: Proverbs 29:24 "Whose is partner with a thief hateth his own soul: he heareth cursing, and bewrayeth it not." The word bewray meaning disclose, divulge, reveal, make known, unveil.

Who is the thief? The governor is the thief for taking his pay and not doing his job!  For the Old Testament, see Ezekiel 30:2 of "Howl ye, Woe worth the day!" And for the New Testament see Luke 11:52 of: "Woe unto you lawyers! for ye have taken away the key of knowledge:"  woe defined as calamity and misfortune upon, and so with Gov. Lynch a lawyer too, plus a public servant, then back to Proverbs 29:19 in that "A servant will not be corrected by words: for though he understand he will not answer."  As in him always telling me that he will get back to me, but never does! Me calling him a "slippery character" on my exit out of the G&C one day after I asked him WHEN, him merely saying: I'll get back to you.  So for both the verbal and written words at these Public Hearings, maybe we need to let his ears hear from like some musical instrument like one of those air guns at the football games!  >:D I think there's a lot of wax in there that needs removing.  Yeah!  To remove the wax and tell him to see his doctor, and when the report comes back of in excellent hearing then to again present the facts, and if still a do-nothing stand taken, then to have his head examined!

Hey!  If he can have his goons over to Ed's to hear a bullet buzz by somebody's ear, then we ought to send some sonic booms over his way!

Yours truly, - - Joe Haas
