Joe, why are there always random blanks in your posts?

Because I don't know the name of that Texas case, and if I did, I'd sure call the guy to suggest that he give them/ the Feds a certificate of having completed his "custody" by the keep word.  Then Ed & Elaine could do the same for equal rights, giving the Feds a monthly report of his being "kept" there.  Your assignment, should you decide to accept it, is to find out about this Texas case. O.K.?

Hey!  Ever read that Superior Court Rule #____ that says that four (4) months is the time for a speedy trial? That's WHY the County Jailors send in their monthly reports to The Superior Court Center, #__ Chenel Drive, Concord, Attn: Robert Lynn, who compiles all ten (10) County Reports for the Supremes who are supposed to alert the Superiors that the 4-month deadlines are approaching, but there are no lines of death to the cases when that time is reached, the vicitims of this corrupt system languish in jail and the judges treat your rising up in the morning and bedding down at nightime as music to their ears. The Gus Breton case #_________ in Merrimack County is just one example of where the state, in effect said: tough shit! we will not play by the rules, and WHO is to challenge us?

Ed Brown just said on the radio that there are men crawling around in his woods and that his (grid) power and Internet have been out for a couple of hours now.

I think his blog has been ceased and deceased?

I remember a certain charismatic fellow saying at last porcfest:
"First there is the soap box, then the ballot box.  Last comes the cartridge box.  I hope we don't go there." and a few suit-n-ties left the doorway after that remark.

I don't think I could participate in "Wave 3".

Dan

Still busted for me.  Could be the fascist webcache/filter box my employer employs.  There is something afoot today, though.

Is anyone in a position to do a roundabout to confirm the existence of the roadblocks?

Hi Joe!

That Texas case is John Joe Gray, and he's been barricaded at home to avoid arrest now for seven years, not five.  It's a state case, though, not federal.

I think Ed is interested in contacting Gray, not because he wanted to share legal or law enforcement techniques, but because Ed is worried that Gray has only had one story in the press in the last five years, even though there was considerable national press and support when the standoff first started in 2000, and support dwindled quickly once the press died down.

Ed's not interested in taking a stand unless he's the center of attention.  He thinks (hopes?) his stand will end violently so that a world wide war will be triggered that will result in the death of all Illuminati leaders.  This has something to do with the Body of the Lord stuff and Queen Elizabeth secretly still owning the US.

There are some differences between Gray and Brown other than the color of their names.  Gray has the support of his extended family, while Ed and Elaine don't.  Gray has never been tried or convicted of any crimes, whereas the Browns have felony convictions.  Gray is a state law issue (he's accused of attacking and biting a cop at a traffic stop), while the Browns are federal.

There are also some similarities in their cases.  Both are self sufficient (the Grays haven't had phones or electricity since 2000).  Both are into religious extremes.  Both are from a militia background and their motto in both cases is "Live Free or Die."

And perhaps the most interesting similarity is Alex Jones' interest in their cases.  Gray was a guest on Jones' show two or three times when the standoff started.  Gray even invited Jones to his home, and allowed Jones to videotape inside the property and buildings under the agreement that Jones would save the tapes to make a documentary which would air after the government killed Gray.  Jones sold the tapes to a national network instead.

Ed Brown just said on the radio that there are men crawling around in his woods and that his (grid) power and Internet have been out for a couple of hours now.

Yup!  I tried to call Ed on the telephone at his 603: 675-2909 # about an hour ago, and got that disconnect notice again that I heard last week.

I then called the P.U.C./ Public Utilities Commission at their main # 271-2431 and got the Verizon # 1-800-585-4466 and did "say" (1) sales + service, (2) other, then (3) neither, and first got to talk with (a) Laura Krainen telling her this phone line needs "repair", and so she transferred me over to (b) Kathy Harvard at "Repair" who said that even they do NOT have any records (either advanced or after-the-fact) of when phone lines are cut by operatives under a court order*, whether that order or "opinion" is lawful or not, and that I should report this crime of RSA Ch. ____ Theft of Services to the local police...

...to where I did call for Plainfield Police Chief Gordon Gillens at 643-2222 but got a switch-over to Hanover Dispatch with Ms. Camero there telling me that the Chief was un-available, and that one of his officers will get back to me at 848-6059 later, my cell phone.   She took down notes that WHOever is doing this is operating under an unlawful federal court order* because the Feds are in the "non-filing" status as having NOT filed the proper paperwork with Bill Gardner's Office of Secretary of State in Concord, N.H. as required by N.H. RSA Ch. 123:1 as from Art.I, Sec. 8, Cl. 17 of the U.S. Constitution.

The end does NOT justify the means!  Here is this country there is supposed to be procedural due process BEFORE substantive due process.  You'd think that a PRIVATE telephone company would stick up for the rights of their customers, but no! VERIZON is NOT villified or defamed by me, as I do NOT attack a good name with slander or libel (saying is slander, writing is libel), but that they are of BAD name for making us have to go and file a seperate complaint with the P.U.C., as VERIZON does NOT have that Harry Truman-like sign on their desk that says: THE BUCK STOPS HERE. So a reference to this Reply #____ at page no. ___ here to the "Consumer Advocate" of the PUC at 21 S. Fruit Street, Suite 18, Concord, N.H. 03301-2429 at oca at puc.nh.gov Tel. 271-1172 see: http://www.oca.nh.gov/index.htm **for Art. 14 "prompt"* action in getting VERIZON to send a repairman out to re-connect what was unlawfully and illegally interrupted.

The property taxes of: $__________ having been paid by Ed Brown for his Art. 12 protection!

Modification: The town's computers need time to completely shut down by the 4:00 p.m. closing so I could not get the tax bill $amount, and the Selectmen meet every 1st + 3rd Wednesday nights @ 6:00 or 7:00 p.m. depending on the agenda. - Joe, 3:59 p.m.

The feds aren't just doing their usual casual reading of the forum like they always do.

Last week the day before the raid, they started reading it from their laptops and their Verizon data cards. And they read this forum and some of Ed Brown supporters' Myspace profiles a lot more frequently. For instance they were loading up Reno's myspace profile every 10 or 15 minutes looking for updates. This was the day before and the day of the raid. The day after, they virtually disappeared.

Today they're doing it again, same pattern. They're watching really closely. And now they've switched over to the Verizon data cards, within the last minute or two, which means they're on the move. SOMETHING is imminent. Maybe another dry run, maybe a raid, I don't know.

At the risk of sounding like a computer dumb dumb, how do I tell if they've looked at my MySpace pages.  I've always just assumed they did because I'm linked as an Ed Brown friend.
