Mike, your methods and arguments are especialy considerered by this friend and by others.  Please don't ever call your efforts hopeless.  You may get down, but you have inspired many.
That dude in front of the tanks; were his efforts hopeless?  Can you imagine how much shit he must have heard about THAT - even from his friends - no, especialy from his friends? 
Just the other day, I was using that as one example to help explain the POWER of non-violent resistance to a college student (who had read "about a paragraph" about it in school).  The text books may be moving on from that as an example, but they are going to have many others to report to the next generation.

Fasts are used to reform those you love, as well as systems and methods, but apparently this experiment failed to obtain the desired result.

I'll continue to experiment with these methods, but it will take time for me to become proficient with them.  Please excuse my failures in the meantime.   

This is all about trial and error, staying focused, and trying to become experienced with these principles and methods.  I will not delay taking these actions only because I'm not sure about the outcome.  And giving up for lack of success is not an option!

I didn't know it until about 2 weeks ago.......people I meet in person don't know......I have only run into a few people online who do.
People in airports get felt up and undressed in public.....not all the time....but I have read numerous stories. Just because we can technically get on a plane without ID is not a sign of true freedom.

Apparently, there is also a way to bring people with you past the security checkpoint, though all signs say that only passengers are allowed beyond security checkpoints.

There are ways around the system, but the system is still wrong.

I go into the secure area without a ticket all the time.  You can get a pass from the airlines to escort minors or handicapped people who are travelling.

FAIR WARNING ...

   Depending on what airline you are going on you have to pass through a TSA controlled security gate. At Manchester Airport even before you go near TSA you are greated by a lovely "Rent A Cop" A.K.A. a security officer requesting to see your bording pass with a photo id to make sure you are who you say you are. if you do not have an ID or do not show one and by pass the security officer you will have a nice Rockingham County Sheriff Officer on you with some nice Jewelry A.K.A. Steel Bracelets. It might be a silent protest but they are serious at MHT  So just a FAIR WARNING !

Damn! I'm going to miss this.  My truck is still sick.  I did all of the nasty mechanical stuff and now, can get no spark!  These modern computer ignition systems are beyond me. Monday, I'm gonna have it towed to an auto electric shop.
I did save over $600.00 installing the gears myself, but, the not starting part is driving me nuts!
