Just thinking - as I'm walking into their den:

Hebrews 4:12 -  For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged
sword, and piercing as far as the division of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow,
and able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. 13And there is no creature
hidden from His sight, but all things are open and laid bare to the eyes of Him with whom
we have to do.

Whom do we have to do?

That's enough of that "Bold and Spicy!" talk there mister.

Not getting better - - - yet.

Another unannounced/surprise meeting was held here ...
I had already made other undisclosed plans for myself ...
James came in (apparently minutes (or seconds) before their meeting was to happen) to tell me a meeting was going to happen.
I help my phone up to him and said, "You see there is no message - right?" Then I showed it to my friend and said, "You see there is no massage too - right?"

... As my friend and I were getting ready to leave, I saw that other board members were on the grounds.
As we pull out of the parking lot, another board member was hastily pulling into the parking lot...
My friend and I proceeded to an undisclosed location ...

The timing of this stuff is getting stranger and it seems to be intended to put me on the spot ...

more later?

On a separate strange note:
A friend, from my distant past with whom there has been zero contact, was feeling a strong sense that she should find out where I am and what is going on. She looked me up, and contacted me during our Sunday Service.
I communicated with her later, and I have been offered another possible refuge - at another undisclosed location, far away, outside NH.

BTW - Last week, I spoke to the board's lawyer, and told him that - highly motivated to answer the lies about me (and the board)in the paperwork sent to me by the town's lawyer - that it is my intention to stay engaged in the process throughout their trial.

While I sincerely agreed to be quite careful about publicly talking about any legal strategy, I will not be silenced as to the way I'm being treated here.

Once I'm engaged in their court, I may say thing which lots of people wish I wouldn't - but - even if I'm feeling "a bit" abused by the board, and I'm fully anticipating much much more, and worse abuse, before this is over - I intend to stand in the board's side on the matter before the court.

As the finish-line is getting closer, and this track is becoming very narrow, I hold out my most urgent player to Almighty-God - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - to please, please, please help guide me, by helping me apply EVER LESSON I'VE EVER LEARNED IN MY LIFE to the mission at hand.

What's your goal, John?

MLK said, "... I have seen the promised land ... I may not get there with you..."

I would borrow that, but say:
"...Some of us have actually been to the promised land. Many may resist getting there with us. But - we want you to know that you too CAN reach the promised land..."

Which is.....?

There is a book about it. :)
I'd recommend starting with the red letters - particularly the sermon on the mount.

well would you say your goal with the church is to tell as many people as possible about peace and forgiveness .... or is there other stuff?

There is lots of other stuff, but the mission of Peaceful Assembly Church has always been: "To foster Peace as prescribed by God."

I know (beyond any doubt) that the best path to Peace (both inner and outer) is through Forgiveness.

Almost forty years ago, my mentor would say things like: It is God's job to judge, not ours. Our job is to Forgive. When we judge (particularly holding our resentments) we are trying to play God. We can never win at trying to be God. He was relentlessly telling folks that unForgiveness is the root of most problems, mental, emotional, spiritual, and yes - even physical.
UnForgiveness will eventually kill us if we hold onto it long enough...

He would often tell people, "If you get nothing but one thing from the Bible, get this: We are to Forgive others as we wish to be Forgiven."

I catch myself often saying "peace and forgiveness" as others do, but I'm most accurate when saying "Inner and outer Peace through Forgiveness."
